Faceplate Craze
So you think you have a cool collection of Xbox 360 faceplates? No? Well shhh because here is an insane amount of Xbox 360 faceplates, all owned by one person - Taco Head from lowdown411.com. His collection includes limited quantity faceplates to signed ones as well as numerous others we've never seen. Is that eBay I smell?
The Motherload
Though, Taco Head isn't alone in his fascination with the faces of Xbox 360. There's also his so called rival over at RareXbox360faceplates.com who goes by the name of Rhinotronics. Taco Head tells us, "The two of us frequently go after the same pieces - he's got a respectable collection going." A little competition doesn't hurt anyone and it will be interesting to see who becomes the faceplate master in the long run. Be sure to check out Rhinotronics' story, on his collection, in this months Official Xbox Magazine.
  
This could very well be the start of an underground Xbox 360 faceplate economy, much like there was with trading cards. Yea yea, I'm probably jumping the gun on that one. But imagine people creating their own pieces of art on their Xbox 360 faceplate with something like the Nyko 360 Game Face and trading them off to someone else for their own unique faceplate.
I wouldn't mind one of those "jap-art" faceplates just to spice things up a bit.
