I think it is funny. Sony has tried and tried to shut them down since the PS1 days. Finally they were able to do it, it is a big hit for all importers who think all games should be in all regions or get left out of the mix altogether. This is another way Sony is showing that they care only for two things, MONEY and CONTROL. They like all large companies want to own everything, but consumers will only take soo much before we fight back and stop, oh wait, that is why Sony is hurting finacially already, we have already started. Sony loss of sales is why we have the Blue-Ray/HD-DVD problem and why they must get the PS3 selling, to try and force a winner in that war. Sony has lied several times in the last couple of months and they were easy to see they were doing it. Now even some of their loyal customers are now questioning their motives and if they should support them anymore.

I say, don't buy a PS3 or any Sony product till they start putting consumers higher up in their plans. If the Blue-Ray fails, the PS3 will get ever more expensive, go by a 360 or Wii.

I thought that Lik-Sang sold more than Sony branded material. ANyway, Play-Asia could also be a target for Sony to make sure no one is getting a modded PS3, or anything else either. 3) Neither Console, for the time Itagaki and Team Ninja have spent working on them are overall more powerfull

Speaking of Sony I just saw the scariest most unappealing commercial ever. Its a f'in baby doll in a room with PS3, then the baby makes all sorts of weird noises. It was the creepiest commercial ever and made me want a PS3 even less. Someone in charge of marketing needs to be fired.

Let's set this straight. The Playstation 3 fall's very short of being the world's most powerful gaming console. Yall said that xbox 360 had problem's just like the playstation 3...very wrong. I have done a huge amount of research and hand's on play with both console's, Sony did not activate the online service until the day before the ps3 luanch...Xbox 360 had been working on there online service months before it came out...and plus on the xbox 360 luanch last november, people were activating there online service before they played. Ps3's online experince is like a 1980's slow web page...that hardly let's you do anything. Yes the ps3 hardware can be updated through firmware download's, through there slow internet service, but*the playstation 3 was suppose to come out LAST YEAR and still is not finished, "wow that's really intelligent". PS3 does not come with any standerd HD cable's but ps3's high point is suppose to be Blu-ray hd, "why would ps3 go blu-ray without HD cables?......here's another punch in the stomach to PS3 "When you hook up there so called wireless controller's the ps3 console has to search and find the controller...with the Xbox 360 the console automatically finds the controller...and fast too....You think that at least sony would get the ps3's music right...but no very wrong. yes you can hook up your mp3 player but cant listen to it while you play the game, but on XBOX 360 you can listen to your on track's that you already put into the xbox 360. WOW...this is funny when you get on your ps3's internet and try to download something your stuck with a progress bar for 20 to 60 min's...also you cant play games while you download but guess what the XBOX 360 can and you can turn off you xbox and turn it back on and the download will automatically continue. to say it shortly the xbox 360's online experince beats ps3 10 to 1.
