I was so disappointed to read they downgraded the graphics.
These aren´t shabby, mind you, but not as revolutionary as before.
I just hope Molyneux pulls this off. Black and White was a disappointing game in all aspects (esp. after all the BS hype he put out beforehand on the "revolutionary" gameworld AI).

I want this game .......NOW!

At the top it says WINTER 2003 release, I think its early 2004!

I´ll pick it up, but What´s really going to disapoint me
is the fact I cant choose to be a female char. Its not
Like I want to play throught the same game again wif the
same character. I would like to play wif a female and then
wif a Male. But thats just me. When it was @!*% being spoke
of they said it would have a female character now you can fine
no mention of it. *sighs*

i think someone said this game won´t be out until 2005, b/c the game is so vast and needs to be rid free of bugs (unlike KOTOR). I really hope it comes out in 2004 though, that´d be so tight

I DOWNLOADED A 65MB FILE(AT GAMERSHELL) WITH SOME FOOTAGE OF AN INTERVIEW FROM PETER MOLYNEAU(AND SOME GAMEPLAY) MADE FROM THE RECENT G3 SHOW, HE SAID THE GAME IS 75% ASSEMBLED AND ALL THE SEPARATE PARTS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED, HE ALSO SAID HE´S HAVING THE GAME EXTENSIVELY PLAY TESTED TO INSURE THE PLAYER CANNOT CREATE ANY "ABSURD, AND UNRESOLVABLE" SITUATIONS.

YOU WOULDN´T BELIEVE BY LOOKING AT THE CHUNKY GRAFFICS HOW SMOOTH AND SWEET THE GAME LOOKS IN MOTION,...BEAUTIFUL, MAGNIFICENT,..GORGEOUS,.. AND EXQUISTITE ARE WORDS THAT COME TO MIND.... DON´T WORRY... THE WAIT WILL BE WORTH IT.

Hey hardwire , I am not an LIVE only gamer ... YOU DICKHEAD !!! I have plenty of non LIVE titles as well , I just prefer to play online . But for your information you punkass little whining bitch , almost every game that is coming out will be LIVE enabled (Splinter Cell Pandora´s Tomorrow , HALO 2 , DOA ONLINE to name a few that originally were not) You better quit being so cheap and get rid of dial-up !!! Online gaming was/is Microsoft´s vision with the XBOX and LIVE . If you don´t like online gaming go buy a Gamecube and play with YOURSELF !!!

i think it´s all been said how amazing this game looks. however my concern is in the game play not the graphics. the grphics hold on their own. and what about the story since it´s unscripted, wow this beter be some killer AI.

This is the game that rpg fans have been talking to their friends about for over a decade. Don´t blow it.

The number one thing I want to do in this game is form my own posse and play co-op(co-op is confirmmed ,can take your character and load him onto someone elses file with a memory card and go from there) so I can fight my friend and his posse,we´ll have gang wars or we could form one big posse then we´ll travel from town to town making people pay us not to kill them and eventualy we´ll start raiding castles(and tripping little kids,can´t forget that).

Hmmm... and I suppose taking their milk money and stealing their baseball cards, only to throw them in a river or campfire is also on the agenda of your.. ahem.. "Grade-school Gangstas", eh scarfaceass?

Looks like MY band of White Knights already have some work lining up for us. Oh, wait... it´s not on Live. DAMMIT!

Hey Dgtlfunk I was just joking I actualy keep to myself alot, besides tripping little kids is something that you can really do in the game.

114 and counting Xbox games. I think GI is a crap mag, very biased, and now trying to get in good with XBOX fans. The top 30 console games they ran was completely off the mark. GI is the same mag that gave STATE OF EMERGENCY a 9.0 for the ps2. It came out on the XBOX and it was like a 7.0. That game deserves a 6.0 at best. You also notice that the two reviews are never drastically different, they are always a half a point between each other. It is a piece of garbage magazine and I only get it cause the boys at Gamestop give it away for 10 bucks. They suck, plain and simple.

OMG, This game is friggin awesome! I havent even plyed it yet and i think so, so those of you who say: "well, it isnt out yet" and "it might suck" need to think about this: could a game that allows you to do so much and have so much freedom suck? lets think about that................HECK NO! Its gonna be possibly the best game ever and i cant wait till it comes out!
