Phew! Last weeks postbag was full to bursting in response to the article I wrote last regarding Electronic Arts and their lack of respect for Xbox gamers, and how they would love to see Xbox fail.
Of course, EA haven't responded, but what do you expect from a company that personally told me "we don't care about Fan Sites" and "we don't think Fan Sites audience are relevant" - well, according to our stats that's about 20,000 Xbox fans who read this newsletter and 240,000+ Xbox owners who come to XBOX365 each month that they don't care about... But don't worry all you EA lovers; I'm sure they will continue with their AMAZING ports from the PS2 :-)
Changing the subject to something much more positive, Xbox Live is rocking quite nicely, our Clan War section has been revamped to reflect the current results - check out http://www.xbox365.com/xp_battleclan.shtml to see who's top of the league this week. Don't forget the winning clan will each receive an exclusive XBOX365 2003 Champions T-shirt.
If you are relatively new to the Xbox scene, you'll be pleased to see that Microsoft have announced the Platinum range of games, this is a great way for you to build up your Xbox library without killing your wallet, top games including Project Gotham Racing, Rallisport, Amped and er, Star Wars: Obi Wan can be had for under $20... It's a deal it's a steal...

EA certainly do suck. I moved to Sega a longtime ago. I praise you guys for standing up to EA and speaking the truth about there products and there lack of support for gamers. They only care about the $$$$ not the product.

I think EA should consider sites just a these. I for one am boycotting their games because of their actions with BF1942.

Yeah EA is getting pretty crap, and what they said about sites like this, who actually help in the sales of there games was just plain stupid, they think there games have great graphics, but if you check out Medal of Honour Frontline and compare it to other FPS of the time you´d wonder why everyone was jerking off about it.

you know, even though Xbox sucks, I here what u are saying when it comes to those lamers at EA. if they can port a game rather than develop, or spend anytime enhancing, they do so - which is baaad for the industy, both for PS2 guys like myself and the next generation of gamers.
